This role will be on a fixed-term 6 month contract with possibility of extension, subject to business requirements.. Job Description. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy to attract the best talent into Keypath Education to achieve our vision and strategic goals. As a dedicated Talent Acquisition partner to our growing business, you will play a pivotal role in business partnering, promoting Keypath’s employee brand, and contributing to wider People & Communications initiatives. .  . Provide seamless strategic and targeted end-to-end recruitment campaigns for all areas of the business. Create innovative solutions to attract exceptional talent to Keypath, including proactive sourcing, social media/targeted marketing campaigns, internal promotion initiatives, and other advertising. Actively promote Keypath’s employer brand and develop new ways of reaching candidate attraction. Share market insights and intel with the business, contributing to broader People & Communication initiatives for the organisation. Own and drive the candidate selection process including undertaking thorough job briefs, candidate screening and profiling, and interview scheduling to ensure a brilliant candidate experience. Develop and coach hiring managers to uplift recruitment capability. Championing the recruitment of diverse candidates. Drive innovation and process improvement of recruitment practices ensuring that our model and execution continuously improves in terms of it is efficiency, effectiveness, and experience to ensure we attract the best talent in market. Actively engaging in and contributing to Talent related projects. Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree or Higher.. Minimum of 5 years experience in managing end-to-end recruitment process, either in-house or in an agency with at least 3 years recruitment in IT and Tech.. Demonstrated experience in developing and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and service providers . A creative and value-add approach to the recruitment and attraction process, including the ability to present actionable insights from data and market intel. Highly-developed communication and presentation skills. Strong computer literacy and experience in utilising applicant tracking systems and job advertising platforms. A strong sense of team, and hunger to contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People & Communications initiatives. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines..
