Our agency partners with a number of vendors such as Vercel, Sanity, Storyblok, Contentful, and we help our clients building modern and performant marketing platforms based on headless CMS and ecommerce storefronts. It is not a traditional outsourcing company, therefore we expect each engineer to integrate well into clients product delivery and design process, driving key decision-making.. Job Description. In this role you will work partly partly on clients’ outsourcing projects from FocusReactive side https://focusreactive.com/ and on GitNation.com product . https://gitnation.org/.  and. Your role will involve managing resources, coordinating with managers, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met on time, within scope and budget. . Qualifications.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:. - Development comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments;. - Monitoring project progress and identify potential risks or issues;. - Managing client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly;. - Managing changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.. - Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.. - Reporting and escalating issues to management as needed.. - Performing risk management to minimize project risks.. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.. - Fostering strong relationships with clients and managers.. QUALIFICATIONS:. -Have 4+ years of  proven experience in project or delivery management;. - Have experience both in outsource and product (mainly EdTech) project management; . - Proficient in project management tools;. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level or higher);. - Technical background is a huge plus..  .
