Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.. Improve engineering processes to ensure efficient workflows and a productive development environment.. Encourage the adoption of Agile or other methodologies to improve team collaboration and productivity.. Participate in the recruitment process, identifying top talent to build a strong engineering team.. Drive learning and development opportunities for team members, supporting career progression and skill enhancement..  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate modern technologies and tools into the development process. . Requirements. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years playing leadership roles.. Previous experience in leading and supervising engineering teams.. Excellent leadership, communication, people management, and client orientation skills.. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. . Strong hands-on technical expertise in one or more programming languages and frameworks, ideally TypeScript/JavaScript and React.js.. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern development practices like CI/CD, microservices, and containerization.. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle..
