Identifying staffing needs for events (e.g., brand ambassadors, production assistants,. team leads, mascots, mascot handlers, etc.).. Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other resources.. Screening resumes and conducting virtual connection calls to assess experience,availability, and fit.. Ensuring candidates meet event-specific requirements (e.g., certifications, dress code,. availability).. 2. Onboarding & Training. Coordinating background checks, contracts, and necessary documentation.. Providing orientation or training sessions on event expectations, brand guidelines, and. customer service.. Ensuring staff understand roles, responsibilities, and emergency procedures.. 3. Scheduling & Coordination. Assigning staff based on event needs, availability, and skill set.. Managing shift schedules, replacements, and last-minute staffing changes.. Communicating event details, expectations, and logistical information.. 4. Staff Management & Support. Acting as the main point of contact for staff before and during events.. Resolving any staffing issues (e.g., attendance problems, conflicts, performance. concerns).. Ensuring a positive and professional work environment for event staff.. 5. Compliance & Documentation. Maintaining records of contracts, hours worked, and performance feedback.. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and event policies.. Handling payroll, timesheets, and invoicing as needed.. 6. Post-Event Review & Improvement. Gathering feedback from staff and event organizers to assess performance.. Identifying areas for improvement in staffing processes.. Building and maintaining a strong talent pool for future events.. Requirements:. 1 + years of experience in HR recruitment, for different positions and levels.. Preferred experience hiring for the US.. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. Proficient English (Advanced).. Proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.. Experience using various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through. online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks, etc.).. Experience with LinkedIn recruiter, internal database, and referrals.. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and goals.. Solid understanding of HR practices.. Key criteria is flexibility and availability due to the temporary and unpredictable nature of event staffing. . Be prepared to find replacements quickly, even outside standard business hours.. Be proactive in securing last-minute replacements, and handle last-minute changes.. Enjoying working with people and engaging with candidates effectively is essential.. Compensation:. The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset..
