Key Responsibilities:. . . Payroll Processing & Compliance: . Oversee payroll for 300+ employees using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Process biweekly payroll, including wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes. Conduct audits, manage year-end reporting (W-2, 1099), handle garnishments, and resolve payroll discrepancies in collaboration with Finance.. . . HR Administration & Employee Support: . Assist employees with payroll inquiries, tax forms, and benefits. Manage leave compliance (FMLA, military, disability) and support new hire payroll setup. Handle HRIS updates, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate employee records.. . . HR Compliance & Reporting: . Generate and analyze payroll and workforce reports using ADP and other HR tools. Ensure compliance with EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other applicable labor laws. Assist in policy implementation and compliance monitoring across HR functions. Collaborate with HR leadership on payroll-related audits and process improvements.. . . System & Process Improvement: . Maintain ADP Workforce Now, including troubleshooting issues and updating employee data. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
