We seek an experienced product designer to lead the design of a new tool aimed at giving doctors superpowers. In this role, you will:. Lead the design of high-end, impactful product experiences for Leona’s digital products. Spend time getting to know our target users and develop empathy for their unique needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Be a key decision-maker on a small but talented team. Help us make Leona a company that stands out for its design excellence. Requirements:. Has a proven track record of designing mobile-first digital products, with at least 7 years of relevant work experience . Spanish & English language fluency. Specific experience designing for native mobile apps (iOS or Android), with extensive knowledge of common design patterns + guidelines. Has experience designing user experiences for complex native mobile applications, and has extensive knowledge of common design patterns + guidelines. Mastery of the various tools needed for each step of the design process. Feels comfortable taking ideas from wireframes to pixel-perfect deliverables, and is excited about defining and owning this process. Experience working closely with engineers.
