Key Responsibilities:. Conduct . manual testing. of firewall and hotspot gateway software to ensure reliability and performance.. Document all . test cases, results, and observations. using Excel or related software tools.. Identify, log, and track . bugs and defects. , ensuring they are properly reported and addressed by developers.. Perform various testing methodologies, including . functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and unit testing. .. Collaborate with developers and network engineers to troubleshoot and validate fixes.. Take full . ownership of assigned tasks. , ensuring quality assurance objectives are met..
