In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact.. What you'll be doing:. We’re in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients. . You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. . . Must Haves: . . You have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Executive. . You have a minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS experience. . Experience selling directly to HR/L&D. . You have done 360 degree sales (owning sourcing to closing). . Sold to US, UK or Ireland. . Enjoy working in a startup environment. . You are fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written . . What people would say about you:. .
