Site Reliability Engineer. to join our largest product — a cross-platform VPN service. Our product already helps over 10 million users worldwide meet their cybersecurity needs.. Tasks. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management: using tools like Ansible, Salt, Terraform, and similar to provision and update infrastructure. • Stack configuration and support: implementing monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios). • Designing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining networks, public cloud environments, and internal tools. • Participating in the lifecycle management of Linux systems. • Automating infrastructure management using IaC tools. • Supporting, scaling, and optimizing infrastructure. • System analysis, incident response, and troubleshooting. • Maintaining infrastructure according to the highest security standards. Requirements. • 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a related role (e.g., Network Engineer, Network Architect, DevOps Engineer). • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Nagios). • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools — Terraform, Ansible. • Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and optimization (Debian, Ubuntu; performance tuning, troubleshooting). • Deep understanding of networking and security concepts (VPN, proxy technologies, firewall rules, iptables, iproute2, SSL/TLS encryption). • Solid troubleshooting and incident response skills in high-availability production environments . Nice to Have:. • In-depth knowledge of VPN protocols: OpenVPN, IPsec, IKEv2/IPsec, and WireGuard. • Understanding of advanced networking concepts that impact VPN performance and routing between global data centers.
