Portal is looking for a Sales Lead to help us take advantage of our current customer acquisition momentum, develop new segments and build a foundation for scaling our sales ops.

What you will do

  • Own, lead and continuously iterate on our customer acquisition strategy and processes across prospecting/lead generation and direct sales
  • Own and constantly improve sales pipeline design, channels, processes and messaging
  • Work closely with our product team and provide data driven insights that helps us create a more useful product for our customers
  • Lead and grow our early sales team (lead generation specialist and junior sales)
  • Resolve bottlenecks and make recommendations to drive process improvements and revenue
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Understand, analyze, and diagnose lead flow, website engagement, A:B test results to optimize the customer experience


  • At least 2 years of sales experience inside a high-growth SaaS startup where you were directly responsible for closing deals
  • Experience leading and growing a sales team
  • Track record of continuously hitting or exceeding your sales KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
