We're TeeTurtle, a rapidly growing eCommerce/consumer products company that creates nerdy toys, games, apparel, and accessories.

The goal of the Senior Graphic Designer role is to create compelling, on-brand graphics for promotional materials, web assets, logos, and packaging, as well as to propose creative solutions to help increase sales across all channels. This role is a full time exempt position and reports to the Graphic Design Manager. This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create compelling, on-brand digital and physical design work to effectively advertise our products to new and existing customers, maximize clickthrough rates, and improve user experience
• Create and design logos, packaging, rules, and other materials for games and other products to maximize shelf appeal, sales, and usability
• Shoot and edit product photography to ensure that new products are represented online in a fashion that both drives sales and is true to life
• Provide visual and conceptual critiques for other designers to help the team continuously improve and ensure all design work is completed to the highest quality
• Take part in proofing processes for items going to print to ensure files are set up correctly, all requirements are met, and quality of printed design work is high
• Take part in special creative projects to assist other departments in the organization
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
• 5+ years of design experience for both print and digital media
• Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict style guidelines across multiple brands
• Demonstrated advanced skill with photography and photo editing
• Experience creating packaging design for consumer goods
• Experience with pre-press and file configuration
• Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Ability to push creative limits and try new things
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Trello
• Working knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets or Microsoft Word and Excel

Salary Range:

• $55,000-$70,000/yr
