This role is available to highly qualified remote workers and local South Florida candidates.
You will be responsible for helping lead and execute user acquisition growth via Google Ads with an emphasis on Google Display Network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of spending $10k - $20k/day profitably while adhering to strict performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, New User Goals) and leveraging multiple display campaign types (Traditional Display, Smart Display, Discovery, etc.).
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Owning all aspects of the user acquisition process; tracking, ad creation, optimization, scaling, and reporting while driving positive ROI and scale ($15 - $30k spend/day) as the ultimate KPIs
- Working closely with design team members to implement thorough creative testing processes and report against results
- Clearly communicating headwinds, tailwinds & new opportunities to relevant team members based on knowledge and experience of how Google Display Network behaves (i.e. projecting CPC increases of X% due to holiday online shopping)
- Maintaining a high level, up-to-date understanding of best practices and strategies pertaining to the Google platform (i.e. Product Betas)
- Collaborating and strategizing with respective teams at Google to help maximize existing and new opportunities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Successfully managed more than $350,000 per month in spend on Google Display above target KPIs
- 4+ years of experience scaling positive ROI lead-gen, performance campaigns across Google Display Network
- Excellent Excel & analytical skills; a passion for “letting the data do the talking” and making decisions and recommendations based on data.
- A true passion & proven track record for developing eye-catching, enticing creative assets to help drive consumer engagement (CTR, CPA) and positive ROI.
- Experience across Google Search and YouTube is a plus
- Experience training, developing, and/or mentoring a team of media buyers and/or media planners is a plus but not required
