The Social Media Coordinator represents Four Sigmatic’s brand to our social media community, engaging them by posting inspiring responses to comments, DMs, and brand hashtags, and building Four Sigmatic’s overall social media presence through engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all social media posts including on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Help plan social media posts on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Respond to comments, DMs, #foursigmatic, and tagged photos on Instagram
  • Respond to all Facebook messages and comments
  • Respond to Facebook + Instagram Ad comments
  • Respond to Twitter mentions
  • Gather and organize UGC, and post approved UGC
  • Help develop and execute social media plans for site sales and new product launches
  • Monitor and comment on posts from our top influencers, affiliates, and most engaged consumers
  • Monitor scammers claiming to be or represent Four Sigmatic’s brand or products
  • Track and report social media metrics
  • Analyze and share common themes, trends, and FAQs from consumers
  • Keep track of trends on social media to improve content and engagement
  • Help Customer Support team with answering emails, and live chats in Zendesk during peak times
Requirements
  • 1+ year of professional social media marketing experience
  • Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • A thirst to know every social media trend and get ahead of the curve
  • Experience with Dash Hudson or other social media marketing platform
  • Care for community and consumers
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Located in Los Angeles or Denver a plus
