Identifying and solving customer problems creatively, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by public sector entities, including FedRAMP compliance and other regulatory requirements.. Building proofs-of-concept and leading the demo process; this includes creating and running demos based on our public sector buyer personas, verticals, and business priorities.. Contributing to the RFP/RFI process as a key technical resource, ensuring that our solutions meet the specific needs and compliance requirements of public sector clients.. Recommending integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on our Cloud, particularly in environments governed by strict regulatory frameworks.. Requirements: . 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or related position with customer-facing experience translating customer technical requirements into value discussions, specifically within the public sector.. Extensive experience with WordPress, particularly in deploying and managing large-scale content management systems for US Federal and SLED clients.. Demonstrated experience in cloud hosting, with a strong understanding of the security and compliance considerations relevant to public sector projects.. Hands-on experience delivering content management systems to the public sector, either as a solutions engineer or through direct implementation..
