You will be reporting to the Head of Worker Operations and own hiring for roles ranging from individual contributors to managers. . As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Customer Operations, you will:. Manage the entire recruitment process. This includes:. Sourcing globally across platforms like LinkedIn, YCombinator, Wellfound, etc.. Screening candidates using a variety of methods (interviews, assessments, one-way video interviews). Leading candidates throughout the hiring process. Offers and closing, together with hiring managers. Report on metrics to our Managers and Directors, using data to inform decisions and improvements. Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to refine your understanding of their needs. What you will bring:. 3+yrs of experience recruiting for fast-growing companies. Experience managing and engaging large volumes of candidates efficiently. Advanced screening capabilities to evaluate skills and cultural alignment.
