Who are we looking for?. . As a Product Manager at Patchstack, you will play a critical role in defining, building, and optimizing our cybersecurity products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, and marketing —to drive the development of security solutions that solve real-world problems for our customers.. . Key Responsibilities. . Product Strategy & Roadmap. . . Define, refine, and execute the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Engineering and Head of Design. . Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.. . Work closely with leadership to align product initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.. . . Product Development & Execution. . . Translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.. . Prioritize features based on impact, effort, and alignment with business goals.. . Work closely with engineering teams to define scope, refine backlogs, and oversee agile development cycles.. . Ensure timely product launches by managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.. . . Customer-Centric Product Management. . . Partner with customers, sales, and support teams to understand pain points and gather feedback.. . Requirements. . . Must-Have. . . 3–5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.. . Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, open-source security, and vulnerability management.. . Experience working with engineering teams in an agile development environment.. . Ability to define product requirements, manage roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives effectively.. . Analytical mindset with experience in using data-driven decision-making (SQL, analytics tools, A/B testing).. . Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.. . A work-ethic suitable for full-remote work.. . . Nice-to-Have. . .
