As a therapist on our team, you’ll work with a diverse client base, including couples, families, children, and individuals facing a range of concerns—from trauma, grief, and anxiety to relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, and life transitions. We believe in holistic care and collaborate closely with local schools, healthcare providers, and social services to create wraparound support for our clients.. Your Impact as an LMFT:. . Provide direct therapeutic services to clients in an outpatient setting, using individual, family, and couples modalities.. . Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.. . Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical standards.. . Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources.. . Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.. . Option to provide telehealth services when appropriate, offering flexibility and increased access for clients in rural communities.. . . Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.. . Current and active LMFT licensure in Wyoming (or eligibility for Wyoming licensure).. .
