Deployments may be for as few as 5 days or several months depending on your availability, and the disaster impacts.. Our mission? All responders must be able and willing to travel to disaster-affected areas when deployed. Experience in high-stress, crisis, or emergency environments. . Understanding of the emotional and logistical challenges faced by disaster survivors and first responders. . Strong communication, coaching, crisis care, and documentation skills. . The ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment. . A commitment to professionalism, resiliency, and trauma-informed care. . Minimum requirements:. . Relevant experience in crisis care, response, or support settings. . Ability to pass a background check. . If licensed or certified, provide current documentation of your credentials. . All positions are temporary, on-call roles.  for the 2025 response season.
