In this role, you will drive revenue growth and client satisfaction by leading a team of business development representatives and strategic account managers. Strategic Leadership & Team Management. . Lead and develop a team of new business development representatives and strategic account managers. . . Establish sales processes, drive accountability, and foster a high-performing, values-driven team culture.. . Strategic Client Relationship Development. Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, leading strategic meetings and negotiations.. Oversee account plans and ensure client satisfaction exceeds industry benchmarks. Revenue Growth & Business Development. . Drive strategic account revenue, expand wallet share, and identify new business opportunities.. . Maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with annual revenue targets. . Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams such as field sales, supply chain, marketing, finance, etc.. Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence. . Develop long-term growth strategies for the strategic accounts portfolio. . Analyze market trends, competitive activities and create customized programs and pricing strategies that enhance our value proposition. . What Will Make You Successful:. . Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred. . . A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive sales or strategic business leadership experience. . . Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing sales teams. . . Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders. . . Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen. . . Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. . .
