The Contract Editor will bring storytelling to life through dynamic editing, motion design, and post-production finesse. This contract role is for someone with expert-level editing skills, an eye for compelling narratives, and experience in high-quality branded content, commercials, and corporate storytelling.. Key Responsibilities:. Editing & Post-Production:. . Lead the editing process from rough cuts to final polished videos.. . Craft compelling narratives with seamless pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.. . Work with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance production value.. . Participate in client supervised sessions, effectively collaborating with external creative teams.. . Collaboration & Workflow:. . Work closely with producers, directors, and motion designers to execute creative visions.. . Ensure brand consistency across multiple projects.. . Quality Control & Innovation:. . Maintain high standards of visual storytelling and production quality.. . Optimize deliverables for various formats (social media, web, TV, etc.).. . Complete various digital processes including ingest, selects, versioning, conform, and file export as necessary.. . About You . . 5+ years of professional editing experience in video production.. . Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, familiarity with After Effects, and other editing software.. . Deep understanding of advanced level color correction and sound design.. . 5+ years experience working with branded content, commercials, corporate videos, or  documentary-style projects.. . Familiarity with motion graphics,VFX, and animation.. . Familiarity with AI-based editing tools and automation.. Company Location: United States.
