We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful operator to take the reins of day-to-day operations across our $35M RV park portfolio—with a clear path toward $50M+ in growth over the next year. You’ll oversee everything from site operations and CapEx to rent collections and acquisitions, while spearheading systems implementation and team development.. This is not your average operations role. It’s for someone who thrives in motion, sees problems as puzzles, and is excited to shape processes not just follow them. Lead daily operations across a growing RV park portfolio spanning multiple Texas locations. . Drive maintenance, CapEx projects, and revenue collection processes. . Oversee new property onboarding and transition planning during acquisitions. . Build and refine operational systems including CRM and workflow automation. . Maintain clear, responsive communication with site managers, vendors, and contractors. . Track and report performance KPIs directly to the leadership team. . Oversee and track marketing efforts across all properties. . Recruit, onboard, and train staff with a strong focus on performance and process excellence. . What You Bring. . 3+ years’ experience in RV parks, mobile home communities, or multifamily operations. . A natural problem-solver who’s comfortable working independently in a hybrid role. . Strong systems mindset with familiarity in tools like RentManager, CampSpot, and project management platforms. . Willingness and ability to travel to properties across Texas (approx. every other week). . Entrepreneurial energy and flexibility to grow alongside a fast-paced business. . What We Offer. .
