Engagement: Freelance  or Full-Time. Location: EMEA / CET (plus or minus 2 hours) . Work Language: English. Responsibilities:. . Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs. . Integrate third-party APIs and services (including LLMs). . Work with JSON and structured data formats. . Design scalable and flexible data models and schemas. . Collaborate with team members on architecture and design decisions. . Debug, test, and improve existing codebase. . Ensure code quality through documentation and version control (Git). . Participate in planning and review meetings (remote). . Qualifications:. . Strong Python skills (preferably 3+ years of hands-on experience). . Experience with RESTful API development and integration (including common pitfalls). . Solid understanding of data modeling and schema design. . Comfortable working with JSON and less common external API services. . Some familiarity with LLM integration (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face APIs). . Familiarity with GitHub and one or more popular Git workflows. . Good debugging skills and willingness to build on top of some existing code. . Clear and proactive communication skills. .
