This position requires knowledge of quoting procedures specific to UK construction standards, and proficiency with tools such as QuickBooks and Monday.com.. Key Responsibilities:. . Create and manage quotes for construction projects based on client requirements. . . Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to gather accurate cost estimates. . . Maintain records of quotes and track status updates using Monday.com. . . Perform general administrative and secretarial duties (email management, scheduling, data entry, etc.). . . Assist in generating financial documents and simple reporting via QuickBooks. . . Ensure documents are accurately formatted and meet professional standards. . . . Proven experience in the UK construction industry or in a similar quoting/admin role. . . Proficiency with . QuickBooks. and . Monday.com. is a must. . .
