Kate Farms is seeking a Creative Producer to lead the end-to-end production and execution of brand content across digital, print, and campaign channels. This role is integral in shaping how our stories come to life across platforms, ensuring that every project is beautifully executed, delivered on time, and aligned with our brand guidelines and expression.. . As the key driver of creative workstreams, the Creative Producer will be responsible for intaking briefs, managing budgets and schedules, collaborating cross-functionally, and producing exceptional content. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role for a detail-oriented and passionate individual who thrives at the intersection of creativity and operational excellence.. WHAT YOU WILL DO . ·        Manage creative briefs from intake to delivery, developing actionable production plans with detailed workback schedules and timelines.. ·        Execute end-to-end creative projects across digital, print, packaging, and campaign deliverables while driving alignment among cross-functional teams.. ·        Forecast resource needs and monitor team capacity with department leads.. ·        Lead multi-workstream content production, ensuring timely reviews and delivery while managing vendor relationships from scoping to invoicing.. ·        Maintain quality control and brand consistency, securing production resources as needed.. ·        Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that improve speed-to-market.. ·        Lead digital asset management including organization of files and materials, versioning, and storage..  . WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH . ·        5+ years of experience in creative production, operations, or project management—preferably within consumer or healthcare brands.. ·        Deep understanding of the creative process and how to support designers, writers, and marketers effectively. ·        Proven track record of delivering creative work on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.. ·        Deep understanding of digital, print, and campaign production lifecycles.. ·        Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.. ·        Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and brand consistency.. ·        Experience managing external vendors, negotiating contracts, and tracking invoices.. ·        Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday).. ·        Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite. ·        Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.. ·        Strong commitment to company mission and values.. ·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.. ·        Capacity to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization.. Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component that together comprise the On-Target-Earnings (OTE). Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of equity. . The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest salary range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.  All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background verification.. $89,500 - $115,000 Annual Base Salary. .
