Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from initial outreach to job offer negotiations.. . Maintain accurate and organized documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.. . Continuously stay updated on industry trends to optimize recruitment strategies.. . . Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role is highly preferred.. . Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and techniques.. .
