We are currently looking to appoint a new Fire & Security Service Engineer specifically covering the London Area.. Basic Salary –up to £36,000. Overtime, Travel Time & Call-out . Conduct routine service, maintenance, and fault-finding on a range of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.. . Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards, meeting the requirements of our clients.. . Promptly respond to service calls and resolve any issues in an efficient and professional manner.. . Work as part of a team, collaborating with other engineers and providing support on larger projects.. . Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients.. . Who We're Looking For:. . Possess relevant experience in servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.. . Hold necessary qualifications in fire and security systems or related fields.. . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.. . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.. . Full, Manual UK Drivers License.. . Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and participate in an on-call rotation.A self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.. . Relevant experience in fire and security systems.. . Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of various systems.. . Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.. .
