As we scale, we are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable . Graphic Designer. to join our Brand team and play a key role in shaping our visual identity across all customer touch points.. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can juggle multiple projects and requests simultaneously without compromising quality. We’re looking for a designer with a strong command of visual design, technical precision, and a sharp understanding of brand and storytelling.. . Strong portfolio demonstrating your range, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail (must be submitted with application). . 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in DTC, CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands. . High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva. . Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design. . Proven ability to multitask under pressure, switch between projects quickly, and deliver high-quality design within rapid timelines. . Excellent communication and collaboration skills; can take and apply feedback constructively. . Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently when needed. . A passion for branding and design that creates emotional and functional impact. . What You'll Do. . Design for a wide range of creative assets, including packaging, social content, email campaigns, landing pages, print, and OOH. . Collaborate closely with the Art Director, senior creatives, and marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns and launches to life. . Translate strategic goals into designs that are visually consistent, brand-forward, and conversion-driven. . Contribute to the development and evolution of the Everyday Dose visual identity across digital and physical channels. . Manage a high volume of creative requests with competing priorities, maintaining speed and accuracy under tight deadlines. . Keep design systems, templates, and asset libraries updated, organized, and scalable. . Company Location: United States.
