Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.. . Conduct interviews and assessments to gauge candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.. . Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.. . Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.. . Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to enhance candidate sourcing and tracking.. . Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular updates to clients.. . Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment effectiveness.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.. . Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is encouraged.. .
