About the Role. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the end-to-end hiring process and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition in the global market. This internship is ideal for someone interested in building a career in HR or recruitment especially in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.. What You Will Do. . Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media. . Screen CV/resumes/portfolios and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements. . Study the different talent markets across Asia, Europe, and the Americas and identify hiring strategies with the rest of the HR team. . Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. . Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. . Assist in employer branding initiatives such as career page updates and social media posts. . Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates. . Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, or mass hiring drives. . Conduct initial HR screening calls (as applicable). . Contribute to HR strategy and process improvements. . Provide general HR support as needed. . What We Need. . Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate. . Strong organizational and time management skills. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. . Proficiency in Google Workspace. . Keen attention to detail. . Proactive and willing to take initiative. . Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. .
