As an LMFT in our outpatient clinic, you will provide psychotherapy services to clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Your work will focus on helping individuals navigate a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and life transitions.. What You’ll Do: . . Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. . Deliver evidence-based therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, family systems, and more. . Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. . Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and care coordinators. . Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities. . Maintain a caseload of clients with flexibility for both in-person and telehealth sessions. . . A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California, in good standing with the BBS.. . Passionate about delivering trauma-informed, client-centered care.. .
