Key Responsibilities:. . Support business leaders by providing Financial Strategic insights;. . Ensuring financial (Full Financial Statements - FS) reporting accuracy;. . Build FS forecasts / budgets aligned with Sr management strategic guidance;. . Monitor budget execution, analyze variances, and support decision-making to enhance profitability and efficiency;. . Monitor and optimize the Cost of Funding, working closely with Treasury and Finance teams;. . Develop financial models to evaluate revenue streams, profitability, and cost efficiency;. . Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Strategy teams to improve models and unit economics;. . Track and report key financial KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement;. . Work with the Consolidation teams during budget season ensuring accurate financial planning.. . . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;. . Relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector or Investmenk banking;. . Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis;. . Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other financial software;. . Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;. . Fluency in Portuguese and English, Spanish would be a plus;. . Experience in the Brazilian Financial market (essential).. . Skills:. .
