Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for specific roles.. . Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and providing expert advice on talent acquisition.. . Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate communication and feedback.. . Documenting recruitment activities and maintaining updated records of candidates in our systems.. . Staying informed about industry trends to optimize recruitment strategies and practices.. . . Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role is highly desirable.. .
