What You’ll Do:. . Conduct psychological intakes, diagnostic assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. . Tailor treatment plans that reflect the unique identities, values, and goals of each client. . Provide psychodiagnostic testing and formal assessments (optional, based on your specialization). . Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. . Engage in regular case consultation, peer support, and continued professional education. . Option to supervise pre-licensed clinicians or participate in training program development (if interested). . . Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program. . Active psychologist license in good standing with the California Board of Psychology. . A strong foundation in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and relational or psychodynamic models (CBT, ACT, DBT, and other modalities also welcomed). . Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (newly licensed psychologists are welcome to apply). .
