Conduct thorough client assessments and create individualized treatment plans.. . Provide one-on-one and group therapy using proven techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).. . Offer guidance and support for clients managing PTSD in a structured, supportive environment.. . Coordinate care by referring clients to additional resources when needed.. . Keep clear and accurate records in line with ICD-9 standards.. . Work closely with a team of professionals to enhance the quality of care.. . Help families strengthen their relationships through counseling sessions.. . Experience:. . Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.. . Active California license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).. . Experience providing therapy and case management services.. . Familiarity with CBT, ABA, or other therapy models.. .
