Provide outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive modalities. . Conduct intake assessments, diagnose according to DSM-5 criteria, and collaboratively develop treatment plans. . Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and ethical standards. . Engage in team consultation, peer support, and optional clinical supervision or mentorship roles. . Customize your caseload and schedule based on your strengths, interests, and availability. . . Active LCMFT license in the state of Maryland (or close to obtaining full licensure). . Expertise in working with relational dynamics, life transitions, communication challenges, and trauma. . A systems-oriented approach, with training in one or more therapeutic modalities (e.g., EFT, Gottman, Narrative, CBT, DBT, etc.). . Strong organizational and documentation skills, particularly in a hybrid or telehealth environment. .
