Build robust financial models based on historical financials to support company valuations, performance forecasts, and strategic financial planning. . . . Accounting Review:. Analyze financial statements with a strong understanding of GAAP to identify inconsistencies or required reclassifications, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. . . . Market & Industry Research:. Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and markets to inform financial models and strategic recommendations. . . . Deal Execution Support:. Assist with the full transaction lifecycle, including creating pitch decks and marketing materials, conducting due diligence, drafting documents, and managing communication with stakeholders. . . . General Support:. Provide day-to-day assistance to senior bankers by preparing client presentations, taking meeting notes, tracking action items, and helping coordinate client interactions.. . 1–3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, consulting, or M&A. .
