Plan and schedule posts across social media platforms using tools like . Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer. . . Draft, format, and send . email newsletters. . . Monitor social media activity for engagement and basic responses . . 📞 . Phone & Admin Support. . . Handle . 0–3 incoming calls daily. , such as basic customer inquiries or support . .
