As an Account Executive, UK, you’ll work closely with our UK Sales Team and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition – helping us accelerate towards our BHAG.. Your key focus areas will be:. . Winning new business in the UK SME market. . Managing a high-volume, end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close. . Partnering closely with our SDR team to maximise opportunity conversion. . Delivering a consistent monthly quota through high-quality pipeline management.. . This will include:. . Prospecting, pitching, demoing and closing new business across a wide range of verticals. . Presenting to and negotiating with C-suite and senior HR executives. . Collaborating closely with SDRs to qualify and progress inbound and outbound leads. . Maintaining a strong, accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM. . Hitting monthly revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling. . Contributing to a culture of learning, energy and high performance within the sales team.. . Who you are.
