Responsibilities. . Source and attract top talent for various roles through innovative recruiting methods.. . Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for positions.. . Engage with candidates in Dutch via phone, email, and social media.. . Work closely with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.. . Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.. . Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our tracking systems.. . Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.. . Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.. .
