That’s where you come in.. We’re seeking an experienced . Instructional Designer. with a passion for . industrial skills training. and eLearning. In this role, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively to build engaging, high-impact online training courses that support frontline workers, technicians, and system operators across multiple industries.. If you’re someone who thrives in transforming complex, technical material into clear, engaging digital learning—this role is for you.. What You’ll Do. . Collaborate with . Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). to define learning objectives, outline course structures, and develop web-based learning modules. . . Write and edit engaging instructional content, including . scripts, assessments, and interactive elements. . . . Lead projects from concept to delivery—developing timelines, managing multimedia assets, and ensuring on-time completion. . . Apply . adult learning theory. and instructional design best practices to create highly effective training for industrial and technical audiences. . . Coordinate with . voiceover talent, animators, video producers, and graphic designers. to bring your content to life. . . Review and revise content through multiple iterations based on feedback from SMEs and QA teams. . . Ensure . version control. and maintain accurate documentation throughout course development. . . Conduct final course testing and validation before release to ensure quality and learning outcomes. . . Stay current on eLearning tools, trends, and methodologies to continuously improve course design and learner engagement.. . . A skilled instructional designer with . 5+ years of relevant experience. , or a degree in Instructional Design (or a related field). . . Experienced in creating . technical or industrial training content. for adult learners. . . Highly proficient with . Articulate Storyline 360. and familiar with multimedia formats and eLearning tools. . . A clear and concise communicator—both written and verbal—with excellent attention to detail. . . Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where . time management. is essential. . . A collaborative team player with a . customer-focused mindset. and a can-do attitude. . . Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive) and common file formats (.mp4, .jpg, .svg, .csv, etc.).. . Bonus Skills: . . Experience in industries like . utilities, oil & gas, pulp & paper, or food manufacturing. . . Familiarity with . other course authoring tools. or LMS platforms . . Experience developing SCORM-compliant content . . Visual design skills or comfort working with multimedia production teams. Company Location: United States.
