Communicate with patients, attorneys, and medical providers via phone, email, and text. . . Handle inbound and outbound calls to facilitate case coordination. . . Review case details to assess and approve treatment funding requests. . . Ensure appropriate medical care and funding support based on case underwriting. . . Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. . . Uphold confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) and ethical decision-making in all tasks.. . . Experience in medical case management, insurance, or legal support. . . Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . .
