We are looking for a . Product Owner to lead the Account Services. area, responsible for ensuring a secure, efficient, and seamless user account management experience. You will be at the heart of our platform’s digital identity, developing solutions that cover user registration, authentication, permissions, access security, and session management.. Responsibilities. . Define and evolve the product strategy for user account management (account creation, login, authentication, account recovery, etc.); . . Work with engineering, UX, and security teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions; . . Ensure the security, performance, and compliance of identity and authentication services; . . Collaborate with other product areas to deliver a consistent and integrated user experience; . . Monitor KPIs such as login success rate, account recovery rate, response time, and security incidents; . . Stay updated on market trends in digital identity, passwordless authentication, MFA, SSO, among others.. . . Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in products related to identity, authentication, or account management; . . Knowledge of user experience analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Glassbox, Heap, etc.); . . Familiarity with concepts such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, SSO, session and profile management; . . User-centered mindset with the ability to balance security, performance, and user experience; . . Ability to work with technical teams and understand architecture and security implications; . . Clear communication, ownership, and data-driven strategic thinking; . . SQL proficiency for performing critical analyses and data gathering. . . Nice to Have. . Experience working with Open Finance data sharing/receiving and consent management; . . Experience with identity providers (e.g., Auth0, Okta, Firebase Auth, etc.); . . Familiarity with data protection regulations (LGPD, GDPR); . . Knowledge of API security and modern secure development practices.. Company Location: Brazil.
