What You’ll Do: . . Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families across a diverse spectrum of ages, cultures, and presenting issues. . Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. . Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, case managers, and psychiatrists. . Participate in regular case consultations, supervision (if applicable), and ongoing clinical training. . Help shape a culture of empathy, innovation, and inclusion in mental health care. . . Active LMFT license in the state of California (no associates or interns at this time). . A passion for relational work and a deep understanding of systems theory, trauma-informed care, and cultural responsiveness. . Minimum of 1 year post-licensure clinical experience preferred. . Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills. . Willingness to work with a varied caseload (adults, adolescents, families, couples) and openness to hybrid (telehealth + in-person) scheduling. Company Location: United States.
