What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day & Weekly Responsibilities). As our Sales Demo Specialist / Product Evangelist, you’ll be the face and voice of Town Web and HeyGov during product demonstrations. Here’s what your typical week might look like:. Lead Engaging Product Demos. Deliver both group and one-on-one demos (via video or in-person) to potential customers, clearly explaining how our solutions meet their needs.. Host Live Webinars. Organize and present live webinars to educate, engage, and nurture leads. Answer questions and create an interactive, value-driven experience for attendees.. Speak & Present at Conferences and Meetups . Represent Town Web and HeyGov as a speaker or presenter at industry conferences, regional meetups, or workshops. Share our story, educate potential and existing customers, and position yourself as a trusted expert in the space.. Pre-Demo Preparation. Review CRM records prior to each demo to understand the customer’s history, pain points, previous conversations, and what platform they might be switching from. Coordinate with the sales team to tailor each presentation.. Demo Follow-Up. Document interactions, update CRM notes, and schedule follow-up calls or next steps for interested prospects.. Weekly L10 / Level 10 Meeting Participation. Join the weekly sales & marketing EOS meeting to review performance metrics (Scorecard/KPIs), discuss what’s on track or off-track, and identify action items.. Conference Support. Prepare for upcoming industry conferences—assist with logistics, materials, booth setup, and scheduling of group or private demos. Attend conferences (travel required), meet with potential and current customers, conduct live demos and presentations, and represent the brand. After each conference, participate in debriefs to review successes and areas for improvement.. Scheduling & Organizing. Coordinate demo appointments, webinars, and group events. Stay organized and proactive with your calendar.. Customer Advocacy. Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our product and demo experience.. Quarterly Planning. Contribute to sales and marketing strategy sessions—bring fresh ideas to the table for outreach, demos, and customer engagement.. Who You Are. . An exceptional communicator (verbal and written) who is confident, personable, and relatable.. . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about planning and preparation.. . Comfortable working independently and remotely, with regular team engagement.. . Experienced with CRM software (Salesforce a plus).. . Tech-savvy—able to quickly learn new software and explain it in simple terms.. . Eager to grow, learn, and take on new challenges as the company expands.. . Willing and able to travel to conferences, team retreats (potentially internationally), and occasional in-person events.. .
