Responsibilities. . Utilize different sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates for various roles.. . Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for specific positions.. . Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.. . Manage and facilitate the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.. . Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.. . Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment efforts.. . . Proven experience as a recruiter or a similar role in recruitment.. . Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and clients.. . Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.. . Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms.. . Self-motivated and highly organized, with good time management skills.. . Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.. .
