Source and attract candidates using innovative and effective recruitment techniques.. . Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for specific positions.. . Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and create tailored recruitment approaches.. . Facilitate the recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring candidates and clients are satisfied.. . Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment efforts in our tracking systems.. . Stay informed about industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and practices.. . . Experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.. . Strong understanding of recruitment processes and an ability to work across various industries.. . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with candidates and clients.. . Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.. . Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.. .
