As an LCSW in our outpatient clinic, you’ll provide clinical services to a diverse caseload of individuals, families, and groups. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and support: you’ll manage your schedule while being fully backed by a collegial team and experienced leadership. There’s also room to grow — whether that’s specializing in a specific population, offering clinical supervision, or helping expand programs through outreach or innovation.. What You’ll Be Doing:. . Provide outpatient therapy services to clients using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, or trauma-focused interventions.. . Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.. . Maintain clinical documentation that meets ethical and regulatory standards.. . Coordinate care with local providers, schools, courts, and social service agencies as needed.. . Engage in regular supervision, team meetings, and continuing education.. . Optional: Facilitate groups or provide community education/outreach if interested.. . . Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.. . Current LCSW license in the state of Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain within 3–6 months).. . Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and a trauma-informed perspective.. .
