Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for software applications.. . Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and clarify functionalities.. . Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes.. . Participate in daily stand-ups and test planning sessions, providing insights on testing progress.. . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.. . 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.. .
