What You’ll Do:. . Provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy in a culturally responsive, strengths-based, and trauma-informed framework. . Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop collaborative, person-centered treatment plans. . Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical, legal, and ethical guidelines. . Partner with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers for coordinated care. . Advocate for client needs both within and beyond the therapy room—connecting them with resources and community supports when needed. . Optionally participate in training, mentorship, or supervision of newer clinicians if desired. . . A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. . Passionate about accessible mental health care, equity, and client empowerment. . Skilled in trauma-informed modalities (e.g., CBT, EMDR, DBT, somatic practices, etc.). . Experienced or open to working with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, youth, and families. . Organized, communicative, and able to manage clinical caseloads while maintaining strong boundaries and compassion. Company Location: United States.
