In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients globally. You'll guide them through their search and match them with the perfect flexible living solution.. Your Path to Success. . Own the Sales Cycle. Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and social platforms—guiding them from first contact through to booking confirmation. . Understand Client Needs. Conduct consultative sales calls to assess customer requirements and provide tailored accommodation recommendations across global markets. . Deliver Results. Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey. . Manage Pipeline. Track and update leads in our CRM, ensuring follow-ups are timely, accurate, and proactive. . Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Work closely with Operations, CX, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience and optimize the sales process. . . . 1–3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or call-based sales. . Fluent, native-level English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are a strong plus. . Comfortable working with sales tools and CRMs; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a bonus. . A coachable, feedback-driven mindset with a drive to grow professionally. .
